We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for our wider band designs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover natural wear and tear or accidental damage.
